We will visit your place of stay and create a ​memorable and special dinner. Sushi and ​Japanese food courses using plenty of the ​finest Hokkaido ingredients.

As a certified sake instructor, we also offer ​pairing options for sake that best matches the ​food.

We provide attentive hospitality to each guest ​and look forward to helping you make your ​Niseko dinner a special one!


Dinner Course

The dinner course is filled with the ​luxuries of Hokkaido!

In particular, the tuna used for sushi ​is Toi tuna, a Hokkaido brand tuna ​that is slowly aged by our skilled ​chefs to maximize the flavor of the ​tuna. We hope you will enjoy the rich ​red meat and meltingly sweet O-toro ​(fatty tuna)! In addition, the sea ​urchin is the highest quality product ​purchased from the Sapporo fish ​market that day.

What a luxurious experience to have ​sushi made just for you right in front ​of you!


The kushikatsu are made with ​premium brand Shiraoi beef, ​Hokkaido pork, and vegetables from ​the local Niseko area. Enjoy the ​freshly fried kushikatsu with sauce. ​Children will also be delighted!


The Japanese course also includes ​sushi, as well as luxurious king crab ​and many other delicious Japanese ​dishes!

Let's make sushi and

miso soup!


Would you like to experience ​making sushi with me? Sushi is one ​of the most unique dishes in the ​world, made directly by human ​hands. The process of molding the ​rice and neta, creating a small work ​of art, is the best kind of ​mindfulness that can only be ​experienced in Japan. Of course, ​little kids love it too!


And for the miso soup making, you ​will first taste three kinds of dashi ​(dashi broth) made from Hakodate's ​premium ma-konbu (kelp), dried ​bonito flakes, and dried sardines, ​and then mix your own favorite ​dashi to make your own original ​miso soup.
